With an-house coating group run with state-of-the-art equipment at the Global Innovation Centre, all KYOCERA SGS high performance cutting tools are coated with the latest technology coatings to increase tool life, reduce heat and workpiece stress. 

Ti-NAMITE-B (TiB2) High toughness and hardness ceramic-based coating ensures are smooth surfaces and low affinity to cold welding or edge build-up. Optimal for aluminium and copper applications.

Ti-NAMITE-M High wear resistance, reduced friction and excellent prevention of built-up edge in high-performance and difficult to machine applications. Optimal for Stainless Steel, Titanium and Inconel. 

Ti-NAMITE-X Adapted to meet a diverse range of applications, from high and low alloy steels to 65HRC hardened materials. Optimal in applications with high cutting speeds, high temperature at the cutting edge and high metal removal rates.

Ti-NAMITE-H Superior combination of hardness and adhesion for hard machining. The smooth surface ensures optimum surface quality and decreases friction and temperature in the cutting zone. Optimal for hardened steel and high-alloy stainless steel. 

Di-NAMITE (Diamond) Suitable for machining highly abrasive non-ferrous materials such as CFRP and graphite.
